Service Description

By using this service, the companies will be able to experience the capabilities of a fully automated quality control solution ensuring rigorous product evaluation and consistent quality standards tailored to user’s own criteria. The applied quality control solution leverages advanced digital and AI identification technologies designed to streamline post-processing workflows. The solution provides comprehensive 360° quality assessments, utilizing eight high-speed 3D Laser Line Profile CMMs, the system generates detailed 3D scans and compares them to the nominal digital files (e.g., STL, STEP, CAD) for thorough evaluations. The results of the test and/experiment will be documented in an evaluation report stating whether the available technology is suitable for client’s parts. If agreed as part of a (tailored) service, a first concept demonstrator will be developed for a new and highly potential use case
Expected results: – Evaluation of ability to leverage existing technology modules to cope a higher variety of parts beyond what is currently possible. – The gained knowledge and infrastructure applied to new segments of applications & SMEs – Technology modules enhanced to the most prominent cases.
